Membership

I just signed up for a Ship to Shore subscription! What will I receive?
Our subscription service delivers the best products and insider tips to your door. Depending on your chosen plan, every month, Ship to Shore subscribers will receive a box of product and samples.

Once your box arrives, you’ll want to head to shopshiptoshore.com to learn more about the products you’ve received, including tips, expert interviews, helpful tutorials and engaging videos.

When you’re ready for more, you can purchase full-size versions of your samples directly from the Ship to Shore Shop A La Carte.

Is Ship to Shore available outside the US?
We are sorry, but at this time Ship to Shore is not able to ship outside the U.S.

Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! Please note that sales tax will be charged for orders placed with a shipping address in a state in which we operate. Currently, sales tax is charged for orders shipping to Florida.

When can I expect my first shipment?
Your Ship to Shore box can take up to 10 days to process after your initial order. Once your Ship to Shore has shipped from our warehouse, it should arrive within an estimated 5-10 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your box’s progress.

When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?
If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. Your monthly billing cycle will continue to occur at the same time each month.

When you subscribe to a gift subscription, you’ll pay for the full subscription up-front and won’t see any monthly charges.

You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box’s progress.

Can I sign up for just one box?
At this time we do not offer the option to purchase an individual recurring Ship to Shore box. But, we do offer that ability to purchase a single, non-recurring gift set here.

What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly Rebillable Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. To cancel your Monthly Rebillable Subscription, visit your My Account page. Please note that if you’ve already been billed for the current month, you’ll still receive that month’s box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle.

Shipping

Where does Ship to Shore ship?
Ship to Shore subscriptions can be shipped to the United States, its territories, and well as all provinces in Canada.

All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental US and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

What are the dimensions of Ship to Shore shipments?
Depending on your order, shipments will vary in size.

Does Ship to Shore ship internationally?
Ship to Shore currently ships to the United States, its territories, and well as all provinces in Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally.

What is your shipping policy? Do you offer free shipping?
We offer $3.00 shipping on all monthly rebillable subscriptions.

Free shipping is offered on any orders with a subtotal of $100 or more.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will ship for a flat fee of $4.95. Delivery estimates apply only to in-stock, full-size products, and exclude subscriptions.

Shipping methods for monthly boxes and gift subscriptions cannot be changed at this time.

Samples

Am I able to choose the samples I receive?
Surprises are a part of your monthly rebillable subscription. We wouldn’t want to spoil anything!

Ship to Shore Shop

Where can I find a list of Brands you work with?
We’re very excited to partner with companies we know and love, and our list is growing quickly! If there is a brand you’d like to see included in Ship to Shore, let us know!

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your full-size product purchase, send us a message! You can return items to Ship to Shore for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note, the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Promotions

What is your promotion code policy?
f you forget to use your promo code, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and promotional code included. We will do our best to honor it!

Can I apply more than one promotion code for a single order?
At this time, only one promotional code can be applied to an order.

Gift Subscriptions

What is a gift subscription?
Yearly Gift Subscriptions are ideal when purchasing a Ship to Shore Subscription for someone other than yourself. Gift Subscriptions are intended to be shipped to a recipient rather than the purchaser.

How do I purchase a gift subscription?
Gift subscriptions can be purchased here!

Where can I send a gift subscription?
Gift subscriptions can be shipped anywhere within the United States and to all provinces in Canada.

Can I purchase a Gift Card?
At this time we do not offer gift cards. However, keep checking back, as this option may change.

Customer Reviews

How do I write a review?
To write a product review, you must be logged into your account. From there, visit the product detail page for the item you wish to review and click the reviews tab below the product description. You’ll be prompted to provide a rating, and content. Be sure to click “Submit.”

Once submitted, each review is processed and may take up to 72 hours to become visible on shopshiptoshore.com. Content will be rejected if it appears irrelevant, offensive, promotional in nature, inclusive of links or otherwise inappropriate for publication.

How can I review the samples I got in my box?
To review your samples, first sign into your Ship to Shore account. From there, visit the product detail page for the item you wish to review and click the reviews tab below the product description. You’ll be prompted to provide a rating, and content. Be sure to click “Submit.”

What is a user name?
Your user name is the name that will be displayed in association with your public contributions to Ship to Shore, including Customer Reviews. User names are not required to be unique; they may be your email address.

How do I edit or delete a review?
Reviews may not be edited at this time. If you’d like to delete a review, please send us a message with your customer details, as well as the product reviewed.

Am I able to submit an anonymous review or control the profile information I share?
Reviews will always display with your user name.
